celebrating our past

Prior to creating The Design Element, we have been fortunate to work for a select few leading Landscape Architecture, Planning and Urban Design firms. We credit Cornoyer Hedrick and Design Workshop for the opportunities to work and gain our experiences that we can now bring to you as The Design Element. As The Design Element's list of exciting projects continues to grow, we will reference our past accomplishments to showcase our abilities as award winning designers and project managers. From time to time, we'll share with you previous project experiences to further instill the same confidence our existing clients have come to know and trust.

"It is something to be able to paint a particular picture, or to carve a statue, and so to make a few objects beautiful; but it is far more glorious to carve and paint the very atmosphere and medium through which we look. To affect the quality of the day - that is the highest of arts."
-Henry David Thoreau
